Colombia's Trojan War


In an effort to stem the growing HIV problem in Colombia, politicians are proposing a law requiring citizens above the age of 14 to carry a condom on them at all times, just as they carry ID cards, or face a fine.
The church is opposed, of course, but the inititative is picking up steam, with a growing list of politicians supporting the legislation.
