Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson Bashes Bush
ROCKY! ROCKY! ROCKY! ROCKY!A crowd of thousands cheered Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson for calling President Bush a "dishonest, war-mongering, human-rights violating president" whose time in office would "rank as the worst presidency our nation has ever had to endure."
The group - including children and elderly and some hailing from throughout Utah - then marched to the federal building Wednesday to deliver a copy of a symbolic indictment against the president and Congress for abuse of power and failure to uphold the U.S.Constitution.
With their signs labeling Bush, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld the "axis of evil," calling the Iraq war a "mission of lies" or comparing the invasion of Iraq after Sept. 11, 2001, to invading Mexico after Pearl Harbor, the estimated 1,500 to 4,000 protesters hoped their demonstration at the Salt Lake City-County Building sent a message about the reddest state in the country.

Lance Bass Couldn't Be Gayer - I Mean Happier
"I'm totally happy, I'm a completely different person, I think," he said. "It just sucks with all the lies you have to tell."Lance's recent admission was extra special because he can now publicly share his love and affection for male model and "Amazing Race" winner, boyfriend Reichen Lehmkuhl.
While many believe it was photos published on the Page Six website that forced Lance to break his silence, he set the record straight.
"It was actually a Page Six thing that my mom read, but you know, it happens," he revealed.
As for how his mother is handling the news, Lance said, "She's fine, a little shocked you know."
But Lance admitted his recent revelation isn't exactly hurting his career.
"It's been crazy because everyone's paying attention to what I'm doing now," he revealed. "I have been working for the last four years, but it's fun. Everyone's been very supportive."
And before we parted ways, Lance broke more news to "Extra:" he will star in a sitcom pilot for the CW network with former band member Joey Fatone.
Now that Lance is free from his lies and is living life to the fullest, he will also sing once again. Bass revealed he's getting his pipes synched up to host a new music countdown show in Las Vegas.

She’s also said to be drunk, but I vote for just a little tipsy. She was probably saving the rest of her liver for the remainder of the night.

Lance Bass and Reichen Lehmkuhl made it out yesterday to the Opening Night Gala for U. S. Open Tennis & Education Foundation at Tennis Center at Flushing Meadows Corona Park, New York City.
The couple later made their way to Arthur Ashe Stadium to watch the showdown match between Andre Agassi and Andrei Pavel.
(Agassi beat Pavel after 3.5 hours and 3 tie breakers.)
