Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps graces the latest cover of Sports Illustrated magazine, posing with the record eight gold medals he won at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
The photo was inspired by former Olympic swimming champ Mark Spitz, who who showed off the seven golds he won at the 1972 Munich Games. This is Michael’s fifth Sports Illustrated cover, giving him the distinction of appearing on more SI covers than any other swimmer.

thumbs down on the designers of the medals, i'm sure they didn't have any thoughts about 8 would look like around a mans chest, but i agree with legalmoose, looks like a halter top
