Madonna's 72 shows in the year from November 9, 2011, to November 13, 2012, were all sell-outs, making $228,406,085, according to Billboard magazine.
Madonna's world tour - which started in Israel in May and ends this Saturday in Argentina - has been seen by more than 1.6million people.
