Bullied Gay Michigan Teen Commits Suicide

17-yer-old Linden High School junior Josh Pacheco from Fenton, MI committed suicide on November 27 and his parents believe bullying is to blame.

Remembered for his sense of humor and love of theater, Pacheco was the middle of five children. He came out to his mother Lynn Capehart just two months ago, but Capehart tells MLive, she wasn’t surprised and loved her son just the same.

However, neither Lynn nor Josh’s stepfather Michael Capehart, were aware that their son was a victim of bullying.
