Thai and foreign relatives of tsunami victims lit candles in sand holes to mark the fourth anniversary of the tsunami that killed more than 5,000 people in Thailand at Patong Beach, on Phuket Island.The disaster struck on Dec. 26, 2004, and killed about 230,000 people in a dozen countries.
