They look a lot alike (separated at birth, perhaps), but that is NOT Despatie. It's a hottie from the Spanish national waterpolo team.

I don't know his name, but he is (or was) on the Spanish waterpolo team. Note the helmut of the guy in the background (No. 3). The Despatie lookalike is holding his helmut in his hand by the blue straps.Absolutely gorgeous, though!
