Hollywood film icon Elizabeth Taylor, who has suffered poor health in recent years, was spotted holding court at a West Hollywood gay bar, a source said.The eyewitness told People magazine he saw the 76-year-old star of "Cleopatra," "Giant" and "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" Thursday night at The Abbey.
This was Taylor's first known public appearance since she was hospitalized last month, People.com noted.
"She was lively. She was laughing and she was smiling," the onlooker told the magazine. "Even if she was not as strong as the last time she was here, she was once again the life of her small party." (source)
