Interesting - not how I would want to define my relationship but it does work for some. Being gay, I realize that I have to be at least "open" (no pun intended) to the idea.

I have some things to say on this...This is disgusting, if you need an open relationship to be happy, you should not even be in one, and the fact that gay marrage in the same paragraph and saying gays use this to be happy, I would agree that gays shouldnt get married then....If you can devote urself to one person, dont then...I think this proves that gays dont have what it takes to be married, and its just wrong, not sayin all gays are like this, but im just going on what it said.

I have lived with my partner for 25 years (we are finally legally married). We have been monogamously loyal and devoted to each other for every minute of those years. Why do gay men and women allow third-rate journalists (I know whereof I speak - I was a first-rate one) to dictate the terms and choices of same-gender marriage? Monogamy works very well, thank you very much; and I have to report that most 'open' marriages and relationships I have encountered, be they gay or str8, are not particularly happy ones.
