Kurt and Blaine finally kissed during the March 15, 2011 episode of Glee. The romantic tension between Kurt and Blaine has been going on for a long time, a little too long for many Glee fans.But all that weird sexual tension finally came to a head during the Kurt and Blaine kiss.
The Kurt-Blaine kiss occurred after after Kurt sings "Blackbird." Blaine is so moved that he admits to having feelings for Kurt.(source)
