Beverly Hills Police officials have recommended Prison Break star Lane Garrison be charged with a felony charge of gross vehicular manslaughter.
Blood tests revealed the actor had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system and was under the influence of cocaine during a fatal crash in December that left a teenage passenger dead.
Los Angeles' District Attorney received the file on Garrison's crash yesterday, and is reviewing the case.
Cops also recommended that Garrison be prosecuted for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
If he's found guilty, Garrison could face 10 years in jail.
Teenager Vahagn Setian was killed in the crash after Garrison lost control of his car on his way home from a party on Dec. 2.
Two 15-year-old girls who were also passengers in the car were injured in the crash. (source)
