Yesterday, the Navy's Blue Angels precision flying team paid a surprise and low altitude visit to midtown Manhattan, East Side and West Side.
The intent was to promote their Memorial Day Weekend air shows around the city. Instead, they promoted a few heart attacks.
Many of us could feel rumbling in our apartments. The 911 switchboards were swamped with anxious phone calls. Well done, U.S. Navy.
