New York Jets Sign Hottie Brady Quinn

Quinn spent the off-season with the Seahwaks, but was cut over the weekend. The former first-round pick joins Geno Smith, Mark Sanchez and Matt Simms in the Jets’ quarterback room. The team waived Graham Harrell to clear a roster spot for Quinn.

The signing of Quinn could be an indication that Sanchez’s shoulder injury is more serious than the team has let on. All they have said is that Sanchez is day-to-day. The Quinn signing gives them a veteran to back up Smith while Sanchez is out instead of the inexperienced Simms.

Brady Quinn spent three seasons with the Cleveland Browns, two with the Denver Broncos and last season with the Kansas City Chiefs. (NYPost)
