They were spotted looking very much together just a few months ago.
But it seems that Graham Norton's relationship with Canadian software designer Trevor Patterson has come to an end after two years together.
The couple, who lived together in East London up until recently, have reportedly gone their separate ways as the BBC presenter admitted that he now lives alone.
