US gossip website TMZ.com has posted naked pictures purporting to be of of the 27-year-old royal during a weekend of partying in Las Vegas.
The prince bared all during a game of strip billiards with a room full of friends in his VIP suite after earlier meeting a group of women at a hotel bar, the website claims.
In one photo, he appears to be cupping his genitals while a topless woman stands behind him.
The website quotes a spokesperson for the royal family offering "no comment" the photos.
