Facebook co-founder Chris Hughes can now officially change his status to "married."
As Forbes is reporting, the openly gay Hughes, 28, tied the knot with his longtime boyfriend Sean Eldridge at their home in Garrison, N.Y.
The 28-year-old Hughes, who co-founded Facebook with his roommates Mark Zuckerberg and Dustin Moskovitz in 2004, is perhaps better known now for his political activism and as the owner and editor-in-chief of The New Republic.
According to The New York Times, Hughes and Eldridge met in 2005 in Cambridge, where Hughes was a senior at Harvard and Eldridge was working as a customer service manager for a moving company.(hoffington)
