Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, and Cory Monteith will not be returning for the fourth season of Glee, according to the show’s creator Ryan Murphy.“[They are] not going to be back at all for Season 4,” Ryan told THR. “You can keep them on the show for six years and people will criticize you for not being realistic, or you can be really true to life and say when they started the show they were very clearly sophomores and they should graduate at the end of their senior year.”
While Ryan has previously mentioned that cast members would be graduating at the end of next season, these are the first cast members officially not returning.

I was wondering when the show was going to start getting rid of the kids. Can't keep them since they have to graduate. But why the three top storyline kids? They are all the basic ones holding the show together...and the ones with the most talent (IMHO). Why not graduate the less talented ones? That is the trouble with shows that have a timeline plot/subject. And with Chord Overstreet not coming back THIS year??? Headed to hell in a handbasket. Such a wonderful show and they are messing with it.
I don't know how I'll keep going with this news.
