Facebook Files for $5Billion Dollar IPO

Eight years after Mark Zuckerberg launched Facebook from his Harvard dorm room, the 27-year-old on Wednesday announced he is selling shares in the social network at a price that values his creation at up to $100bn.

The new IPO hopes to raise $5 billion dollars (which would boost Facebook's value to almost $100 billion), making this the largest Internet IPO on record.

Mark Zuckerberg owns 28.2% of the soon-to-be-public company, and is its single largest shareholder. If Facebook raises money at a high-end valuation of $100 billion dollars, Mr. Zuckerberg's stock would be worth $28 billion

Facebook's business:

Facebook had 845 million users at the end of December and 483 million people were using it every day. The company had revenues of $3.7bn in 2011, up from $1.97bn in 2010, and made a profit of $1bn, up from $606m in 2010.

Glee Casts Matt Bomer as Blaine's Brother

Matt Bomer will guest star on FOX's Glee, according to a report on TVLine.com. He will play the older brother of the character played by Darren Criss.

Bomer recently appeared on Broadway in the one-night-only reading of Dustin Lance Black's play 8. In addition, it was recently announced he would be playing Felix Turner in the film version of Larry Kramer's play The Normal Heart, which will also feature Alec Baldwin, Glenn Close, Jim Parsons, and Mark Ruffalo.

And don't forget that he will also be in Magic Mike playing a male stripper. 2012 is going to be a big year for Matt Bomer.

Bomer is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Neal Caffrey on television's White Collar.

'Glee' : No Spin-Off for You!

The "Glee" spin-off that had been planned for Rachel (played by Lea Michele), Finn (played by Cory Monteith) and Kurt (played by the Emmy-winning Chris Colfer) is not happening, Fox entertainment chief Kevin Reilly said at the Television Critics Association winter press tour, according to a tweet from TV Guide.

"We are graduating the characters that are arcing to graduation," he revealed, adding, "There will not be a spin-off." Reilly did say that "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy has a "really cool idea" to potentially bring those characters back, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Cory Monteith told The Hollywood Reporter: "Yes, I'll be back ... I'm very excited." Monteith confirmed that for Season 4, "people are going to graduate," but they'll be "keeping the William McKinley paradigm intact."

Echoing Chris Colfer's sentiments, Monteith added: "Ryan [Murphy] has come up with a brilliant, ground-breaking idea for how to include us graduating high school seniors into next season." His on-screen girlfriend, Lea Michele told THR: "When we heard Ryan's plan, it really made us even more thrilled."(THR & EW)

Gay Rugby Star Gareth Thomas Joins UK 'Celebrity Big Brother'

Former Crusaders player Gareth Thomas is one of several celebrities to enter the Big Brother house which begins tonight on Channel 5.

Thomas, 37, announced his retirement from all forms of rugby just before last years Four Nations tournament where he was due to play for Wales. Before his retirement Thomas was linked to a shock move to Wigan Warriors. The former rugby union international has recently become an official ambassador for the 2013 Rugby League World Cup.

Thomas hit the headlines in 2009 when he came out as gay, at the time Gareth was playing for Cardiff Blues.
